PYNQ V. FEDEX GROUND LAWSUIT

Our firm has filed a lawsuit on behalf on a FedEx contractor alleging that FedEx engages in a systemic pattern of illegal and wrongful business practices that violate U.S. anti-racketeering law.

Background of Lawsuit

PYNQ Logistics Services, Inc. v. FedEx Ground Package Systems, Inc.

United States District Court (Northern District of California)

PYNQ, a small contracting company working with FedEx Ground to provide package deliveries in rural coastal communities near the California-Oregon border, faced significant business challenges due to what they perceive as unfair treatment and deceptive practices prevalent within the delivery giant’s operational framework. This issue was brought to light in a lawsuit filed on November 14, 2023, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

In the lawsuit, it is asserted that the behavior of FedEx Ground may have reached a point where it falls under the purview of the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”). Additionally, allegations include violations of California’s Unfair Competition Law, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation, among other concerns. This legal action has been initiated by the legal teams at Possinger Law Group, PLLC, based in Woodinville, WA, and Berman North, LLP, located in San Francisco, CA.
